All orders are shipped out via Royal Mail, buyers choice of either Tracked 24 or Special Delivery. Prices are shown on checkout. Free Special Delivery is available on orders over £100.
- All sales are shipped out with Royal Mail, either Tracked 24 or Special Delivery by 1pm as per buyers choice.
- Shipment dates are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Weather may delay orders if below 5c or above 25c. Any delays will be clearly notified.
Invert orders with Special Delivery 1pm include a DOA (Dead on Arrival) guarantee. This means if any of your inverts arrive dead outside of the advertised count, we aim to offer either a partial refund, or for full loss a full refund or replacement. As we are active in sending at least some overcount to account for shipping stresses, we are unable to replace "bonus" inverts.
To claim a DOA, We require pictures sent to us with the original shipping box shown, and the inverts in their original shipping containers. To do this, send us a email through the contact us, as we will get back to you to request pictures.
Any fraudulent claims will result in blacklisting from future sales.
